Common questions about our agent programs
For Referral Agents, no tax knowledge is required as we handle all the tax processing. Business Agents should have a basic understanding of tax principles. Franchise Partners receive comprehensive training, so prior tax knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
Referral Agent applications are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Business Agent applications take 5-7 business days, as they include a more thorough review and a video interview. Franchise applications can take 2-4 weeks, including multiple interviews and business plan review.
Commission payments are processed on the 15th of each month for all qualifying transactions from the previous month. Minimum payout thresholds apply ($20 for Referral and Business Agents). You can receive payments via direct bank transfer, PayPal, or crypto (for Business Agents and Franchise Partners).
Yes, you can upgrade from Referral Agent to Business Agent, or from Business Agent to Franchise Partner as your business grows. Your existing clients and commission structure will be migrated to your new program level.
