When do I pay for my tax return?

Payment is processed after you complete your tax return questionnaire and before final review by our tax agents. You'll see a clear summary of charges before proceeding to payment. New clients receive a $10 credit which is automatically applied to your first payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and direct bank transfers. Corporate clients can also arrange for invoice payment with terms.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

As a general guideline, if you only have salary, wages and simple deductions, the Basic plan should be sufficient. If you have investments, extensive work deductions, or other income sources, consider the Standard plan. For rental properties, capital gains, or more complex situations, the Premium plan is recommended. If you're unsure, you can start your return and our system will suggest the appropriate plan based on your answers.

Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with our service before your tax return is lodged with the ATO, we'll provide a full refund. Once lodged, if there are issues with the preparation quality, we'll work to resolve them at no additional cost, or provide a partial refund depending on the circumstances.
